Emily Lewis is a licensed marriage and family therapist with a private practice office conveniently located in Beverly Hills, California. She provides individual and group treatment for adults, couples, adolescents, and families. She has been trained to apply a variety of theoretical approaches, including psychodynamic, attachment based couples and family therapy, and intersubjective psychoanalytic. As a psychotherapist, Emily has extensive experience providing psychotherapy for adults at the prestigious Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills, California; she worked with adolescents as co-facilitator of groups and training coordinator for Cedars-Sinai Hospital's Teen Line; and she has been affiliated with the Child Psychiatry Clinics, where she provided treatment for couples, adolescents, and families.
Emily is a member of the California Association of Marriage and family Therapists (CAMFT), is affiliated with the Lifespan Learning Insitute's Interpersonal Neurobiology Conferences, and has received personalized training from Robert Stolorow, PhD. the leading founder of intersubjective psychoanalysis.
